At the time of booking, 100% of the total stay will be prepaid. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied:
– Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
– Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the prepayment will be refunded.
– Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date: 25% of the prepayment will be refunded.
– Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be given, and 100% of the stay will be charged.
In case of a refund, it will be made to the same card with which the payment was made.
This policy applies to all reservations and rate types.
Reservation changes can be made up to 48 hours before the arrival date, provided there is availability on the new requested dates.
The prepayment will be transferred to the new reservation.
In case of reducing the number of nights, the cancellation policy will be taken into account.
In both cases, no refund will be given.
